How long does shipping take?

All items are made-to-order.

Please allow 1–4 business days for production and 2-5 business days for delivery within Canada.

For delivery to the United States, please allow 1-4 business days for production and 5-15 business days for delivery.

For all other countries, Please allow 1-4 business days for production and 10-30 days for delivery

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We’ll review and arrange a replacement if the item is confirmed defective.
